jilijli Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jilijli," "we," "us," or "the platform" refers to the jilijli online gaming service accessible at jilijli.com and all associated services, features, and tools provided therein.
• "Member," "you," or "player" means any individual who has registered a valid account on jilijli.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a member on jilijli for the purpose of accessing gaming services.
• "Balance" means real-money funds deposited by the member and held in their jilijli account, less any amounts staked, withdrawn, or forfeited.
• "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to a member's account as part of a jilijli promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or other eligible market available on jilijli.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, live dealer games, and any other gaming or wagering products available on jilijli.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions in which accessing or using jilijli's Services is restricted by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jilijli, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Services.
• You must be accessing jilijli from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted. Players residing in Prohibited Territories are not eligible to register or use the Services.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a business or other entity, unless expressly agreed in writing with jilijli.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee of jilijli or any affiliated company.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or terminated by jilijli for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

When you register with jilijli, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to keep your account information up to date at all times. jilijli may request documentary verification of any information you have provided.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on jilijli. If jilijli identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same person — regardless of whether they were created intentionally — the additional account(s) will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts may be cancelled and related winnings forfeited.

You may not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account. Your jilijli account is personal to you and non-transferable.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. jilijli reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion without providing a reason.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilijli account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify jilijli support immediately. jilijli cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

jilijli staff will never ask for your password. If you receive a communication asking for your jilijli password, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jilijli are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jilijli supports the following local and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO internet banking, BPI online, UnionBank online, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the Payments section of your jilijli account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the account, or to accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered member. jilijli does not process third-party withdrawals.

• Deposits are generally credited to your jilijli balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to any verification requirements.
• jilijli does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside jilijli's control.
• jilijli reserves the right to request supporting documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jilijli are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and the jilijli sports betting section.

Bets are final once confirmed. jilijli does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system. It is the member's responsibility to check the details of a bet — including stake amount, selection, and market type — before confirming.

jilijli reserves the right to void any bet where:

• There has been a clear and demonstrable pricing error in the odds offered.
• The bet was placed on a market that was made available due to a technical error.
• There is evidence of manipulation of the event on which the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

In the event of a disputed bet result, jilijli's decision — reached after reviewing all available information — is final. Members may raise a formal complaint through the process set out in Section 14 if they believe a bet has been settled incorrectly.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets on jilijli. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by game type, market, and account status.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

jilijli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, and other incentives. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. In the event of a withdrawal request before wagering requirements are fulfilled, jilijli will remove the bonus funds and associated winnings from the account before processing the withdrawal of real-money balance.

The following general conditions apply to all jilijli promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• One welcome offer per household, IP address, payment method, or shared device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• jilijli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse or if continued operation of the promotion would breach any applicable regulatory requirement.
• Members must opt in to applicable promotions within the stated timeframe to qualify.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any unmet bonus funds will expire.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jilijli. Any member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with balances withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during membership.
• Opening or operating more than one account on jilijli.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access the Services, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — whether in the platform, games, or pricing — for personal gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and returned to jilijli.
• Engaging in collusion with other members for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or gaining unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using low-risk strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gameplay risk (commonly referred to as matched betting or bonus hunting), or coordinating with other accounts to achieve the same.
• Any activity that jilijli reasonably believes may be associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory or attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other means.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

jilijli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at its sole discretion. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jilijli may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a member choosing to close their own account or a jilijli decision unrelated to misconduct — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their jilijli account may do so by contacting support. Accounts cannot be re-opened while any pending investigations are active.

10 Responsible Gaming

jilijli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become harmful, and we take our role in preventing that seriously.

The following tools are available to all jilijli members directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilijli account.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a set period (24 hours up to 6 weeks). During this period, you cannot log in to your jilijli account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jilijli for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jilijli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at jilijli.com/privacy-policy. By registering with jilijli, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilijli will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies — as necessary for the operation of the Services and compliance with applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on jilijli, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, data, and the jilijli brand name, is the intellectual property of jilijli or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any jilijli content without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jilijli platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to sub-licence, resell, or commercially exploit jilijli's Services or content.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, jilijli's total liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Services shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by that member in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

jilijli shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

jilijli does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jilijli's control may temporarily affect availability of the Services. jilijli will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

14 Complaints and Disputes

jilijli takes all member complaints seriously and aims to resolve them fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your jilijli experience — including bet settlement, account management, payment processing, or any other matter — please follow this process:

1. Contact jilijli customer support in the first instance via live chat or email at support@jilijli.com. Provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the nature of the complaint, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers.
2. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work to resolve it within five business days where possible.
3. If you are not satisfied with the outcome provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint to jilijli's designated complaints officer by requesting escalation via email. The complaints officer will review the matter independently and provide a final decision within 14 days.
4. If you remain unsatisfied after the internal complaints process has been exhausted, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence jilijli operates.

jilijli's decision reached through the internal complaints process is binding for disputes involving amounts below ₱10,000. For disputes involving larger amounts, the member retains the right to seek external adjudication.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which jilijli holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by the applicable regulatory framework.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

jilijli's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
